Our founder, Chris, took the initiative to bring his local freeway into the No Hesi universe. Personally mapping out the area and discovering all of it's details, this is a real passion project that will continue to evolve.

Recreating An Icon

Our 110 map is inspired by the real California 110 freeway, a location steeped in history. Not only is it one of the most iconic freeways in the USA, but it's also part of the legendary Route 66 and the site of the first freeway ever built in America. The team explored this historic area on-site, capturing every detail: the buildings, trees, graffiti, the pavement conditions, and even the road signs.

Our Goal With 110

The 110 map is just the beginning. Our goal is to create the most immersive, realistic experience in Assetto Corsa, pushing the limits of modding. Monthly updates will improve visuals, add detail, and boost performance—bringing the world to life, one layer at a time.

The Challenge

A New Standard in Sim Racing

At No Hesi, we're always pushing the limits of what sim racing can be. The 110 map is our most ambitious project yet, recreating the iconic 110 Freeway and Arroyo Seco Parkway with stunning realism. From intricate off-ramps to the Los Angeles skyline, every detail is designed to immerse players in a lifelike driving experience.

Teamwork and Technical Challenges

This map is the result of a dedicated effort from nearly 20 Professionals: Engineers, 3D artists, and designers, who overcame huge technical hurdles. Building a visually rich, optimized map in Assetto Corsa meant constant testing, problem-solving, and iteration to get the right balance between realism and smooth gameplay.

Looking Ahead: Innovation in Motion

The 110 is more than just a map. It marks a turning point. Behind the scenes, we've begun developing a new dynamic traffic system to enhance the player experience. While details are still under wraps, it's a big leap forward in sim racing. Huge thanks to Ilja Jusupov (X4fab) for CSP and Content Manager. Without his work, this project wouldn't be possible.

Skyline Multi‑Story Carpark

Get a view of the city (or escape from the cops) in our five-level parking garage. This is your rooftop drift arena with panoramic city vistas, perfect for events and car meets.

Chinatown: The Heart of 110

With three access points from the 110 freeway, Chinatown is filled with an incredible amount of detail, with unique businesses, lighting, parking lots, artwork, and hiding spots to explore. With Traffic 2.0 arriving soon, the entire map will come to life with two-lane traffic that responds to the player and traffic laws.

Dragon's Drift Garage

Descend beneath the city to find a sprawling drift playground. Tight hairpins, sweeping corners, and industrial backdrops set the stage for tandems and secret meet-ups after dark.
