Last updated: September 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how No Hesi LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“No Hesi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our game software, website, private servers, and related services.
Please read this policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data.

- No Hesi-provided video game software
- The No Hesi launcher software (the “Launcher”)
- Our website and web applications
- Our private game servers
- Related services and features
- Your No Hesi account
When we refer to “Services” throughout this policy, we mean any of the above items. This policy describes our practices for handling personal information across all these Services, ensuring consistent protection of your data regardless of how you interact with No Hesi.

3. Information We Collect
We collect several types of information to provide and improve our Services. This section explains what we collect and why we need it.
Information You Provide
- Your name and age (you must be 18 or older to use our Services)
- Email address
- Account credentials
- Profile information, including profile pictures and banner images
- Payment information when you purchase any part of the Services offering (server subscriptions, downloadable content, etc.)
- Messages and content you share through our chat features
- Information from third-party accounts if you connect them (such as Google or Discord)
- Feedback and survey responses, including cancellation reasons, survey answers, and any feedback you give us when you delete your account
When you create an account or use our Services, you provide us with certain information that helps us maintain a secure and personalized environment for all users.
Information We Collect Automatically
- IP address
- Device information, such as operating system and browser type
- Hardware and system information from our desktop software and game client, including CPU, GPU, memory, storage, and operating system details
- Connected input devices such as wheels, pedals, and controllers, including device identifiers
- Persistent installation and device identifiers. The Launcher software assigns a per-machine installation ID and the game client sends a hardware identifier (“HWID”). We use these for security, anti-cheat, and fraud prevention
- Desktop software usage data, such as app version, launch events, features used, and content viewed
- Approximate location, such as country, derived from your IP address
- Interactions with other players, such as players you drive near or collide with
- Error and crash diagnostic data, such as application exit codes, error logs, the names of software modules involved in a crash, and related technical state at the time of an error
- Performance data while the game runs, such as frame rate and CPU, GPU, memory, and video memory usage
- Game configuration data, such as graphics settings and the versions of installed content and tools
- Third-party software and tools that interact with the game, such as modding tools and overlays, which we use to detect cheating and unauthorized modifications
- Service usage data (features accessed, user interactions)
- Chat logs and communication data
- Technical performance data
- Gameplay data and statistics, such as information about your racing preferences and play style
This technical and usage information helps us operate our Services efficiently, make updates to the Services to correct errors and make improvements, prevent fraud, and provide a better gaming experience.
About Your Hardware and Installation Identifiers
We generate and store a per-machine installation identifier in the Launcher, and the game client sends a hardware identifier. Unlike your account or email address, these are tied to your device rather than your account, so they stay the same if you create a new account or reinstall.
We use them only to keep the Services secure and fair, by authenticating sessions, detecting cheating and unauthorized modifications, identifying users operating multiple accounts in violation of our Terms of Use, and enforcing suspensions and bans.
Because these identifiers exist to prevent a banned user from simply making a new account, we retain them after an account is closed. See “Data Retention” below.
Information From Third Parties
- Account information when you sign in through a third-party service we make available for that purpose (such as Google or Discord)
- Payment processing information from our payment providers
- Analytics data from our service providers
- If you link your Steam account, we may collect your Steam profile information, game library, and playtime data, received through Steam’s API
We may combine this information with other data we collect to improve our Services and protect our users.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our Services use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience. “Cookies” are small text files that are placed on your device by websites that you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site.
We use cookies as we describe in our Cookie Policy at https://nohesi.gg/cookie-policy.

6. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We understand the importance of protecting your privacy. This section explains when and why we might share your information with others.
Service Providers
We work with trusted service providers who help us operate our Services:
- Payment processors for handling subscriptions
- Cloud storage and server hosting providers
- Analytics services
- Customer support platforms
- Security and fraud prevention services
These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and can only use it for specified purposes.
Third-Party Integrations
When you choose to connect your account with third-party services (such as Google or Discord):
- We share necessary account information to facilitate the connection
- We receive information from these services as described in their privacy policies
- You can manage these connections through your account settings
Custom Server Operators
Our Services let users create and configure their own custom servers. If you join a custom server, the user operating that server can see information about your connection to it, including your username, IP address, and hardware identifier, together with activity and chat on that server.
Custom server operators are other users, not our employees or service providers. Our Terms of Use require them to use this information only to operate and moderate their server, and prohibit them from using it for any other purpose, disclosing it, or combining it with information from other sources. We cannot fully control what a server operator does with information they can see.
If you would rather not share this information with another user, do not join custom servers operated by other users. Servers we operate ourselves are identified as official in the server list.
Affiliate Program
We may operate an affiliate program that lets users earn a commission for referring new customers to us. If you join it, we collect information we do not collect from other users:
- Your name and contact details
- Payout details, such as your PayPal address or bank account information
- Tax documentation, including a Form W-9 if you are a US taxpayer or a Form W-8BEN if you are not, which includes a taxpayer identification number
- Records of referrals, commissions, and payments
We use this to run the program, pay you, and meet our tax reporting obligations. We handle taxpayer identification numbers with additional safeguards and use them only for tax reporting and fraud prevention.
What affiliates can see. If you sign up through an affiliate’s referral link, we tell that affiliate that a referral converted, along with other information provided to the affiliate under Rewardful’s (or any other affiliate program operator we use, from time to time) privacy policy. Affiliates are not permitted to use this information for any purpose other than tracking their own referrals.
We use Rewardful to attribute referrals. See our Cookie Policy for the cookie this uses.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required to do so by law or if we believe such action is necessary to:
- Comply with legal obligations
- Respond to legal claims
- Protect our rights, property, or safety
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of others
Business Transfers
If No Hesi is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your information.
We take care to limit information sharing to what is necessary for these purposes and require appropriate protections for any shared data.
7. Content You Share With Other Users
Some parts of the Services are social, and what you share in them is visible to other people.
- Visible to other users: your username, profile picture, banner image, the clubs you belong to, and the messages and content you post in chat, clubs, and on servers
- Clubs: if you create a club, the club name and description you write are visible to other users. Club members can see who else belongs to the club
- Custom servers: content you upload to a server you operate, including configurations, vehicles, maps, textures, and other assets, is visible to users who join that server
We cannot control what other users do with information or content you share with them. Please consider this before you post any information.
If you leave a club or delete your account: Messages you have already sent in a club or on a server may remain visible to other members after you leave the club or close your account, because they form part of other users’ conversations. We will remove your username and profile from public display, and we will delete your account information as described in “Data Retention.”

Limits on deletion. When you ask us to delete your personal information, we will do so, with two exceptions we are permitted to keep: information we are required to retain by law, and security information, including hardware and installation identifiers and records of enforcement action, that we need to keep the Services safe and to prevent a banned user from returning under a new account.
